- bvk_52442_fig003fig03-02.jpg - for the 3rd image in chapter 2.
- bvk_52442_fig002afig02a-05.jpg - for the 2nd image in chapter 5 that is presented together with:
- bvk_52442_fig002bfig02b-05.jpg
