The Google Noto fonts can be downloaded and used at no cost. The source that is best used is GitHub, because it always has the most recent version available:

The Noto CJK fonts are available in various collections. Brill typesetters must use the Language-specific OTFs for Korean:

From this .zipped package, use only the Regular and Bold fontsWindows fonts, as long as they are TrueType fonts (.ttf) or TrueType Collections (.ttc), or CFF-flavoured OpenType fonts (.otf), can also be used on macOS.
