Two spine calculators are available, one for Printing On Demand titles and one for Offset titles. Both calculators are in Excel format. Clicking on the file name opens a preview of the calculator. Calculator for POD titles

This calculator should be used to calculate the spine width of POD titles for hardback and paperback titles to be printed by Printforce in the Netherlands and Bookmasters in the USA. 

Please note:

1. All journal issues are printed by Printforce. For these, the Bookmasters details can be neglected. Most of the journals are printed on 80 grams HVO-paper, with a Paperback binding.
2. Most of the books are printed on 90 grams Biotop paper.
