The following Excel sheet can be used to calculate the spine with for POD titles for hardback and paperback titles to be printed by Printforce in the Netherlands and Bookmasters in the USA. 

Please note:

1. All journal issues are printed by Printforce. For these, the Bookmasters details can be neglected. Most of the journals are printed on 80 grams HVO-paper, with a Paperback binding.
2. Most of the books are printed on 90 grams Biotop paper.
