Changelog

• Previous versions could only handle two layers of nested chapters. This version can handle any number of layers.
• Sub headings (<book-part book-part-type="part">) are being displayed as follows in the html:
  
• Error is thrown if a <book-part book-part-type="part"> does not have a /body/book-part child element (such parts should not be empty)
• Error is thrown if <book-part book-part-type="section"> is used. The attribute value should be "part" instead.
• Error is thrown if a book-body//book-part has more than one <subtitle> element. Instead, one <subtitle> with a <break/> should be used two separate multiple lines within a subtitle.
