Please typeset Tamil in the Vijaya font, 11 pts in body text.

- Hyphenation can be after any consonant, but not after a virama/pulli.

- Italics do not occur in Tamil; for emphasis use Vijaya bold.

Vijaya is part of Windows 7 and can be recommended to authors as input font as well.
